It's being released on May 3rd in USA and May 6th internationally.
All i need now is the PC specs. Duke must be played the way it should be.

I forget, who was it on here that posted a picture of their preorder receipt back when the game was coming to the PSX or whatever system was around 2-3 generations ago? What do you think GameStop would do when presented with it?

Might have been me. I actually had a preorder of it for the PC back in the day. EB actually FORCED me to cancel my preorder and roll the money over to another game at one point.
More recently I preordered it again, and the conversation was pretty hilarious.
Gamestop guy: That will be eighty five seventy six in store credit. Were you looking to preorder anything today? Maybe Call of Duty: Black Ops of Fallout: New Vegas?
Me: Uhm... I've got a Mahvel 3 preorder already, right? Can we cancel that and roll it over to the special edition? I can't deny myself those delicious waste of flesh/Jill sandwiches.
Gamestop guy: Suuure... did you want to finish paying it off today?
Me: Nope. I'd like to preorder something else, though. Can I put half on Duke Nukem Forever and half on the new Earth Defense Force game coming out?
Gamestop guy:... Really? You DO know that neither of those games have a release date yet, right?
Me: Ayep.
Gamestop guy: You don't want a game that's coming out more recently? Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions, maybe?
Me: Nope. I'm really feelin' me some Duke and EDF right now. I'll probably change my mind and cancel the preorders later and get something else if the wait is TOO unbearable, now that you mention it. Thanks, though.
Gamestop guy: You sure you don't want to take a look at the list of games coming out first? Might see soooomethiiiin' you like.
Me: Nah. I'm pretty set on these games.
Gamestop guy: ... okay... you wanted half on each?
Me: Put dat extra dolla' seven-six on Mahvel, baby!

I know those guys at Gamestop are doing their job but i hate trying to be persuaded into pre ordering games especially shitty ones.
