I have not played the Mass Effect games, but when I first saw this image, someone commented that the game's dialogue is excellent until it comes to anything your personal character's speech choices, which are usually lackluster.
The 'hell' Mass Effect image kind of reinforces this but I couldn't tell you if it's an accurate opinion or not.

Obsidian is the reason why KOTOR II can't be ported to STEAM. It is so buggy that it isn't completable without being hacked at this point.

Heaven: They created a huge library of great, memorable characters
Hell: The courtroom scene from Mass Effect (Shepard sounds so genuinely surprised when nobody takes his cypher dream as evidence no matter what dialogue choice you make).
