From http://kotaku.com/gaming/ds/ds-browsing-dated-for-north-america-244422.php
"Opera Software just confirmed that a Nintendo DS Browser powered by their software will be released to North America on June 4.
The haven't confirmed the price yet, but the same browser hit Europe late last year for Euro 39.99."

And saving about 30 dollars with the DS in the process.
DS (129.99) + Browser (40) = $169.99
PSP = $199.99

The difference being that there are games worth playing for the DS. More than 3, anyway.
And before you tell me about all the wonderful games you have for the PSP, I'm going to tell you that most of the games on PSP don't appeal to the normal American gamer, which is why their sales are plummeting and people are reselling them on eBay and neck breaking speeds.

I'm getting a PSP, but that's only because of the Castlevania game, and the remake of Final Fantasy Tactics coming out later this year.

Actually they already have a DS MP3 player, it's just that only Europe and Japan have it.

That's exactly why I finally bought one (just today, in fact). I'm not so much interested in the FFT remake, but I'm not passing up the opportunity to finally play Dracula X. It doesn't hurt that, on top of having the choice of playing it with either the enhanced or original graphics and sound, Symphony of the Night is along for the ride as well. I'm also going to get Megaman: Maverick Hunter X and Megaman: Powered UP. Alone, they weren't enough to convince me to buy a PSP, but now I have no excuse to pass them up.

Apparently they have remakes of Final Fantasy 1 and 2 coming out, with enhanced graphics, the FMVs from Origins, and the bonus dungeons from Dawn of Souls. (Also, it has the same difficulty of the original.)

Depends on if the PSP browser supports Meebo. So far Opera doesn't support it, so neither does the Internet channel for the Wii, nor does the imported version of the DS browser. Unsure if that's been changed for the NA version, but it's doubtful.

kid's aren't smart enough to use meebo. pictochat is right there, you hit the icon, and paedophiles start drawing dicks everywhere.

That stage doesn't look familiar. Damn, I haven't played FFT in a few years, so that could be why. I'm going to have to get it on the computer and play it again.
So many games to play, and yet still not enough job even though I don't have a job.

Meebo doesn't work in Opera, or at least not in the trial internet channel version for the Wii. I assume the DS one will be very similar.

The final Internet Channel will have Flash, Java, Quicktime, and something else support.
