Did you doodle up some concept art? |
Yeah, Mr. Cider has a porcelain whiskey jug for a head and a monocle.

I don't ever really get bored. Seriously. The last time I was really and truly bored was like, 1991. Either I just got really patient, or really good at entertaining myself. (Which I am I guess...even in a waiting room with no magazines or anything, I can keep myself busy reciting poetry and book passages in my head.)
Actually, more fun that straight recitation is imagining some of Shakespeare's famous speeches done in strange accents. Picture "To be, or not to be" in a thick Scottish brogue. Or "The quality of mercy is not strain'd" in a western drawl.

For some reason a Cowboy reciting Shakespeare sounds hilarious.

It isn't mentally possible for me to be bored. Not only is there music playing in my head at all times of every single second I'm awake, but when my mind isn't actively engaged with a video game or a book or a person talking or work/homework or anything like that, I'm usually daydreaming or just thinking about things.
Come to think of it, my daydreams and thinking usually outweigh everything else except music in terms of how my mind ranks it in importance. So yeah, I never get bored.

I get bored all the time. Lately it has been really bad, and my normal ways of breaking boredom aren't working.
Usually I just start a game or a movie and use that to relieve my boredom. Lately though very few games are holding my interest and I find myself jumping from game to game every few minutes. Movies would work but I only own like 30 DVDs and I've seen them all so many times I can recite them word for word with the sound off, not looking at the TV.
I finally got so fed up that I forced myself to shut off the computer for a week and sit down to read. That has actually worked and in the past 6 days I've read 5 and a half books. I haven't been bored once in the last week because the reading actually makes me think instead of staring at a screen doing repetitive tasks/zoning out.

When I get bored, I start talking to myself. No joke.

When I get bored, or have a lot of time on my hands and don't feel like doing anything, I cook. I'm one of the few cooks I know who actively enjoy the activity on and off the clock. I enjoy spending the afternoon cooking soup over a fire in my backyard, drinking a beer/smoking a cigar.

This.
Also, when I got bored when I was very young (5-6, I guess) I would draw random shit in MS Paint. Now, I prevent and kill boredom with the awesome of these forums, and the super-awesome #sydlexia IRC chatchannel (JOIN NOW!). I am bored all the time, as I seem to lead a very uneventful shenanigan-less life, compared to a lot of you people, so it seems.

During the week: bored at school most of the day.
During the weekend: bored at home on the computer (but I enjoy this kind of boredom).
