I've got L4D sitting on one of the accounts I made, I'll play it with any of you guys. L4D2 I'll try and get soon enough if there's enough people willing to play some matches.
Edit: Scratch that, forgot my password, so no games. I'll try and pick up the pack asap if enough people are willing to do it.

Not me cause mine's on private for right now. I got so bombarded by friend requests from people I don't know but who watch my LPs that I finally just made it private.

L4D1 and 2 are both great games.
I picked them up on a Steam Package for like 10 bucks about 2 months ago
Replay value is lacking, but it is a blast when u first play it

God, I fucking love Valve too.
Everything that has ever come out of their facility has been fucking golden.
I was actually reluctant about buying L4D/2 when it came out for Mac a couple months ago, since I was worried about how nearly a hundred zombies on the screen at once would affect my CPU usage or whatever, but I gotta give it to 'em, it ran pretty awesome. Although I still prefer the first one over the sequel, it's a series you definitely make an investment in if you're a FPS junkie.
My favorite game in my Top 3 right now would definitely be Team Fortress 2, but I had to put in a good word for this game too.

So I ponied up while this was on sale, $20 bucks for the both of them. Not bad at all. Only played a bit of the first so far, but it's a blast. It's like playing 28 Days Later: the video game! So cool. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the different zombie types (kind of weird just in terms of continuity...how does someone go from an infected to one of the fat, exploding things?!)
Now all I need is a mod to give me Cillian Murphy's character to play, and I'll be all set!

I just assumed the fat exploding zombies were just fat truckers in life where the regular zombies were just average people.
At any rate, I'm always down for a game so invite me anytime you see me on!

They really are fun. I hate to sound like a shut-in goober, but with all of the modern shooters where you play peek-a-boo, waiting for everyone to pop their head out, it's a blast to be with three friends, in a great atmosphere, blasting the hell out of randomly-generated zombies. Oddly enough, they somehow made it even more fun to play as zombies than humans in competitive mode.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind. |

I'm just about always on steam if somebody wants to play something, just look for MellowMeek in the sydlexia group. For some reason L4D2 has been crashing on me at launch with no error. L4D1 works fine though.

Hm. Is there a way to add people to your Friend list without making your profile public? (I finally had to privatize my profile after some idiots from YouTube started sending me creepy friend requests on Steam.)

I play on Steam as well, but I don't have many multiplayer games. Lots of stuff like Half-Life, but I do have some stuff I could play. Online name is ROBOKLERON!, profile is Drew_Linky (duh).

Seems like you could just go to their profile and click "Add to Friends List". I don't think your profile settings would affect it.

I'm down with a game of L4D on pretty much any weekend. So if any of you all want to play just add me as "awsgames". I'll show up on your friends list as Captain Wiggles. So yeah, maybe L4D2 too if it works.

Indeed, I just did so. Added all SLF members. (If I missed someone, just ping me and I'll add you.)
