I bought a USB video capture dongle specifically to capture Super Street Fighter IV replays. It has S-Video in, but none of the AV cords I have do S-Video out.

I use a DVD recorder. It's slow, but give me great quality and I don't have to worry about desync.

That video was not very informative. It was just "Use this device here". Nothing at all about how to actually -record- the video.

Do you know what a DVD recorder is?

Ya I use a Dazzle. Works pretty well judging from what I've seen from it so far.
