So apparently some hippie in Eugene has changed his name to Captain Awesome. On behalf of all fictional captains everywhere: You suck. Even Chad Ochocinco thinks this is stupid. I mean really, was Max Power taken? Cause if you're going to pick a name from a TV show, Max Power is the way to go.

There are only 7 captains: Captain Falcon, Captain America, Captain Crunch, Captain Planet, Captain Commando, Captain Caveman, and Captain Tenneal.

I don't really see why people do these kinds of things except being attention starved and wanting their fifteen seconds. Maybe I can be a jerk and change my name to Zzzzzzyxter ZZ Zzymox just to be the last guy in the phone book. Oh, wait, nobody uses phone books anymore either.

When you brought up Max Power all I could think of was: "Max Power, he's the man with the name you want to touch, but you mustn't touch! His name sounds good to you ears, but when you hear it you mustn't fear!"
