This pwned the shit out of both Fievel and Toaster imho. Admittedly a) I love birds, particularly owls and b) I love high fantasy, and this falls into both those categories. FWIW, the friend I saw it with also liked it very much.
Sathien, that song is hilarious!

I saw it and it was completely mediocre. There is no way you could think it was better than The Brave Little Toaster. I probably would have it enjoyed it more if I would have drank like, 8 more beers.
It definitely had it's moments, but I just couldn't get into it. Also, out of 40 people there were probably like 3 adults, myself included. It was fucking embarrassing.

Five bucks says the Brave Little Toaster gets a CGI remake within the next five years.

That's impossible! Toaster was an American classic!

Saw it today. Not half-bad but it's not some epic masterpiece either. Points for the villain's woman being competent.

I honestly thought it was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The plot was dry, and the story seemed very rushed. It reminded me of the movie "Vampire's Assistant". They stuffed 12 books into one movie.
The plot was also very predictable. I know the democratic for this movie was aimed at children, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have made this movie at least semi-decent.
!!!SPOILER!!! - Avert your eyes if you do not wish to view the spoiler below
Something else that bugged me was how easily the "elite" team of owls were dispatched; and then saved by some rookie-ass kid who magically saved the day. Either way, I give this movie a 2/5.
