I don't think Palin will run. You could tell she was in over her head in the '08 election and I don't think she wants to put herself and her family through that again. I suspect she is just teasing the press about running in 2012 so her critics will focus on her for the next year or so, and take their attention off the people who can actually win. I really don't think she is entertaining the idea of running after letting her daughter compete on "DWTS" and doing a reality show. You pretty much forfeit ever being taken seriously again after doing things like that. She has joined the ranks of Blago, Corey Feldman, Terrell Owens, and Flavor Flav.

My dream ticket would be Senator John Thune (R-SD), or Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ).

Ron Paul 2012!

Also, I would like to point out that it is disrespectful to refer to her as "Mrs. Palin". Etiquette dictates that former office holders are to be referred to by the higest title they held. So she is Governor Palin.

You just refereed to Congressman Ron Paul without his title... Are you suggesting that if a title is used it must be the highest one or alternatively not used at all?

Yes.

I choose option 4: Migrate to Canada. Trade SURPLUS (last I heard), not particularly the target of anything except a few jokes, and it's colder than Texas. Count me in!

Question for the Ron Paul fan club. If we get rid of all taxes should we privatize Schools, the postal service and the Military? I would vote for these guys and so would more people if any of their pipe dreams actually made sense when you work them out.

Not true! As Christine O'Donnell proved, any association with witchcraft in US politics may as well be a death sentence, even if you're actually referencing something akin to Satanism and then make a commercial about how much you aren't a witch.

O'Donnell was boned with or without the witchcraft bit. She was never going to win. All that did was show she was even more of a fucking moron than she already seemed.

Hard not to get to far on one side of this, but my personal opinion is that if she was voted into office it would be a bullet to the head of this country.

Fuck that. If we're voting for past Republicans, can I vote for Ronald Reagan? I don't think a charismatic dead guy could do any worse than Palin, who is functionally brain dead anyway.

I think Lewis Black did a bit about how we should reelect Reagan, because no one would dare fuck with a country that elected a dead guy to their highest political office.

Did you pay attention in American History class? Laughing It can always get worse. Think truly value-less money, or being over ridden by communists, or something equally ridiculous. Like maybe the government is sponsoring stuff like Half-Life and we don't even know it. Rolling Eyes Point is, things can always get worse. Never say they can't.

Back to the topic at hand, I always vote third party.

Voting for motherfuckin' Ron Paul again. That is one sweet-ass piece of man candy. I cringe at the thought of either one of those two being in office...ewwwwwwww. Perhaps I will one day live with you canucks and we'll have a poutine party.
