Don't get too happy when you run across it, instead of being an admission or possibly some hot new I phone app it stands for I am not a lawyer, somehow putting it before all sorts of retarded legal advice absolves you of any liability.

It is actually not illegal to give legal advice if not a lawyer, though it does break legal ethics.
It is, however, hugely illegal to pretend to be a lawyer. Or even make it look like you're pretending to be one. Maybe even thinking about pretending to be one too. I'm not even sure it's legal to take ranks of Profession (Lawyer) in D&D in some states.
Generally, if you're one of those people who loves to spout out law (like myself), you should limit yourself to a neutral description of the law. The only legal advice you should ever give is "Talk to a lawyer"

Yoshi's Story, as mentioned and elaborated on earlier.
Metroid Fusion and Metroid Prime 3 too, if those count. Prime 3 was just very enjoyable. As for Fusion, I don't like not having any idea as to where I'm supposed to go or do, which is why I wouldn't place it above Super Metroid, and it gets annoying to have to go back and forth from a guide to the game.
I think SSBB may also count; I'm hearing a lot of complaints about it not being as competitive as Melee. Brawl has Diddy, Meta Knight, Dedede, Lucario, Sonic, more shit, and overall feels more complete. Melee is dead to me.

That makes sense to me, same with doctors. Though as for pretending to be a lawyer, as long as it's clear your pretending, such as the case in Mock Trial for kids, or in a movie. It would be depend on the context, if it could be reasonably misconstrued as you being an actual lawyer then I could see an issue. I don't know the laws on the matter, but I would agree with it should be, and that it likely is illegal to act like you're a Lawyer, Cop, or Doctor etc...

It's called "exaggeration for comic effect". But yes, pretty much.
I don't know about the legality of holding yourself out as a doctor, but I can imagine not being able to. I do know, though, that you can't pretend to be a cop (one security company I worked for was forced to change it's uniforms because it looked too much like the local police)

GoldenEye 007 was undeniably awesome on the N64, and I rather like Rogue Agent. Taking enemies hostage, throwing them over railings, seeing (and shooting) through walls... just awesome. Only bad part is the lack of checkpoints and the unskippable cutscenes.
Oh, I also like Jumper: Griffin's Story, as well as Superman on the N64 (not kidding. It's really not that bad a game, compared to Big Rigs.)

The Journeyman Project 3: The Legacy of Time caught a bit of flak for its dorky support character and use of live-action FMV's, but it's one of my favorite adventure games.
