I think a picture -from- the 90s would have made more sense to use. Instead of something from 50s or 60s.

The other day I was digging through a friend's PS2 games and found Downhill Domination. I remember seeing the commercials for it and meant to try it but eventually it slipped my mind. We played multiplayer and I gotta say, this game was fun as shit. It's similar to Road Rash but definately a game all it's own. Basically you race down hill on bikes while attacking the other racers. The tracks are long and the wrecks are brutal. I thought it was funny how we've discussed wanting a new RR and I found this game that fills that void a little. I recommend this highly, go find it.

I loved the comedy that was packed into the game. The way the guy would yell "YEA!" when he snagged an opponent's crowbar, or how you could hit an oncoming car at 200mph, fly 100 yards through the air, then just get up and run back to your bike.

...and no matter how far you flew off the bike, the bike was always about 10 steps back from where you stop skidding.

No one remembers hitting the cows? Laughing

Atma hit it perfectly on the head on the "imitation" issue. It's this current generation that needs to be spoon-fed that doing what the "Jackass" guys do can lead to harm to themselves or others, as well as their over-litigious parents looking for anything in pop culture to make money off of.

Our generation could just do dangerous things in a video game and call it a day without any further thought.
