This movie looks like it has a potentionally good plot, but more than likely that said potential gets screwed up at one point. Still, looks fun in a B-movie kind of way:
Yanno, it'd be funny in a morbid way if the reveal is that this is in fact The Rapture and that they're saving humanity from Armaggeddon...

Aside from that, no real interest in this. For some odd reason, this strikes me as belonging on Sci-Fy channel, except for the grade of special effects used.
