http://www.cnn.com/2010/TRAVEL/10/15/space.tourism/index.html?hpt=C1

Prices starting at $102,000 a head.

http://www.spaceadventures.com/ is the link to the website hosting some of the trips.

Also offer Zero-G Flights for a little under $5000.

The article states that Cecil Field Jacksonville, FL is going to be the eight Non-Goverment Space Port starting January. Thats 15min away from my house.

Time to start saving money So I can take my.... wait for it.... SPACECATION!

That's neat, I recall reading about private owned space flights popping up and the excitement and anticipation that the competition amongst them will help create technology to make space travel more cost efficient and potentially viable for future generations to actually use. (with our race's minds toward terraforming).

This would be pretty awesome. If I was going to pay that kind of money though, I'd go all out and pay for a moon landing (or at LEAST moon orbit.)

I think it listed somewhere on the website you could do the Moon Landing for 10 Million if I remember correctly.

If I was crazy rich, I'd most certanly pay for it.

How awesome would it be to say..

"Oh really? your going to Paris this summer? Oh cool, Well I'm going to the MOON."

10 million eh? Well, that's a LOT lot more than the Zero-G flight. Which makes total sense, but still sad to see it pretty much out of the realm of possibility. Sigh.
