I just got this checking out the Nintendo is 120 years old thread in the video game forums. I'm not sure if it was a joke or if is real... just thought I should put it up.

Not seeing it. It must have been in someone's signature or something.

Follow up. Anyone still having any problems? Also, have you run any anti-malware programs? The problem could be on your end.

Didn't see this. I want to say some program already got in your computer and is trying to spread, but I don't know the first thing about viruses...

So I fired up a virtual machine and ran the site securely.
I browsed through the code and found the following reference:
slapolakinkaido's avatar uses the following path:

Hmmm. Well, okay then. Don't know why that didn't show up for me in View Source. I'll rehost his avatar here.

The source showed up for me in IE8 in a fully updated Windows 7 test environment with no additional applications.

I tried in IE 8.0.6001.18702 on Windows XP Home Edition 5.1 with SP3. Maybe I mistyped "mikesrpgcenter" or something. Well anyway, it's fixed now.
I wonder if this has hurt my search engine rankings. My guess is yes.

Why?
How?
I think you have some really twisted view of how your search engine rating is made up.
Bad sites link to good ones all the time. If you want higher ratings, it doesn't come from bandwidth or page size.
It is a combination of page content, site titles, update frequency, back linking, total hits, return visitors and unique hits. Also, click throughs from the search engine count too.

When Google identifies a page as being "dangerous", doesn't that flag the site in general?

Glad on their randomized checks they didn't scan that page, so you still have a perfect score... and glad we fixed the issue.
I wonder how the annoyance level will change with the upcoming ads? Any news on that or you going to just surprise us with commercials between each page load .
