Gamegear was pretty cool...I remember my buddy had the TV Tuner for it, but only three games. I think I played it more than he did. Game Boy had a far superior library, so it gets my vote.

Game Boy had five times the Mega Man games that Game Gear did, assuming the one the latter had even came out here.
