I can't dunk on Cheney with Obama if I get the PS3 version? That blows, looks like I'll have to get Wii and PS3 versions, one for Obama, one for playing on the thing Al Gore invented.

According to the article they are only supposedly on the wii version, but that may be because it's only been released for the wii so far.

Yea, true. But the way they said they are trying to put all the content the Wii version has into the next gen versions, I can only assume a feature as popular as this would in fact make the cut.

Maybe they'll make it DLC for the 360/PS3 version and charge you extra.

I'm getting a Wii version and the Wii version only. Mainly because I don't have an Xbox or a PS3.
On a completely related note, how was the NBA Jam game for the PS2?

Any NBA Jam I have played outside of the original incarnations on Genesis/SNES have been terrible IMO.

Which of the original NBA Jam games had the "BOOMSHAKALAKA!" phrase? I had one way back when for Genesis and I can remember the phrase, but I've been playing one of the SNES versions (TE maybe?) recently and haven't heard the phrase yet. Help!

I thought it was in all of them.
Personally, TE (for Genesis) is the version that I played into the ground.

So I picked up the Wii version earlier this week, since that's the only one that's out currently. If the 360 version has anything extra, besides online play, I might pick that up once it goes platinum and drops to $20.
The game is super fun. There's a TON of guys to unlock, I've unlocked maybe a third of them. But I unlocked Larry Bird, and now my 33/34 Celtics team is running wild, shoving Bryant, Gasol, James, and Wade to the ground, grabbing the ball, then going in for the dunk.
