That's pretty fucking funny, and by that I mean pretty fucking stupid. I honestly can't stand all the suing bullshit that goes on here, it's a fucking disgrace. Some people will do anything to get ahead in life, it's actually just embarrassing that we as the human race could have such crazy and stupid people.

Also, I worked in Epcot Center in the second half of '07, in Future World where the characters hang. When I would go backstage and take my breaks I would see the people who dressed up as the characters. Contrary to popular belief, these people are not just random Mexican guys. I would say that 95% of the time they were 18-23 year old girls; nice, smiling, innocent looking girls.

In further addition to this, there is always a character attendant with each character, making sure nothing goes wrong like a suit malfunction and they talk to the families for the pictures. So, unless there was a super horny college girl who just so happened to be a lesbian and for some reason the character attendant wasn't around, I'm pretty sure this woman is full of shit. Disney has fought in the past against these kinds of character allegations multiple times and won, usually very easily, but who knows what will happen.
