I've heard about that.. They get he scammers to send them a small amount of money to prove who they are.

They're like i want to help you prince so and so, but i need some proof you are who say you are. Surely if you have millions of dollars then you could send 200 dollars to prove to me you're rich, you are who you say you are, it should be nothing to you.

Then they get the scammers to send them money. quite funny.

sometimes the scammers say no.... they'll say something like well i can't do it without proof, if you're willing to give me millions because you trust a stranger, then you can easily send me a couple hundred.

I haven't seen a link about that kind of stuff inawhile Huff, thanks for webpage address.
