why? because i can't afford medical insurance, for one. i still have a pissload of bills hanging over my head from breaking my arm and can't afford to have them removed or something. again, they're not tumors, just sores from where my molars rub the back of my tongue because of the fit of my dentures and my enormous cow-man tongue. ive been slugging listerine about once every half hour to make sure it stays really clean.
and honestly, this isn't close to the first time i've done something like this. worst one I can think of was when i was about 23 and staying with my parents to help care for my ailing father, i developed a cyst on my right wrist that got to be about the size of a quarter. figuring that i couldn't afford going to the doctor's, i sat down in my room with an x-acto knife, a soldering iron, a bottle of V/O, some bandages and a stick to clamp my then-natural teeth down on to keep me from screaming or biting my tongue. took about a half hour and i still have a puckered little scar from it, but ta-da! no more cyst.

Step aside bear grills, back away chuck norris, make way for Aeonic. Is he a man or a god? I'd be way to scared to do half the stuff you listed, If i had to do it myself, i'd have to go online and figure out exactly what i'm dealing with.
Let's just hope this Obamacare operates like it's supposed to : ). I personally didn't need this so called obamacare, but i met so many people day to day that did, I was like eff it.. i'll be happy to have everyone's taxes raised to help them out. Them becoming a healthier more productive part of society, both socially and on a job-level, would likely justify the cost anyway.

I've lanced cysts (not fun at all) and superglued cuts together, but when it comes to Rambo style at home medical care I leave the mouth the professionals. I've got artificial teeth myself, have you considered going for a reline or a new plate? Sounds like they don't fit you right.
*edit oh you you're broke, never mind, that shit is expensive.

yeah, my wife cant work because of a host of medical problems and we're wrangling with disability right now (second year, yay govt.!) so im the only one who brings money into the house. we checked up on a reline and it's eight hundred bucks, so its going to be a while. it was worse when the top of the upper plate was cutting into the side of my cheek, but a staple took care of that until it healed over.

Well if they're sores from something rubbing wrong and they haven't healed and callused up then the fit may be to tight, have you considered taking a dremmel to the plate and making some excess room? It's basically what the dentist charges you a fuck ton of money for anyway.

Nicotine acts as a stimulant and relaxant by relaxing your central nervous system and also heightening your awareness. I was trying to gain those effects by chewing the gum. That way I don't have nasty cigarette teeth or tar or making my clothes smell. Obviously, it didn't work lol
