I can see it now. Stallone's son, now in his 30s and a US ambassador to Cambodia, is kidnapped and forced to compete in underground arm-wrestling tournaments. Stallone gets wind of this, trains for 8 months (specializing in power bombs, thumb wrestling, and different over the top combinations), and sneaks into Cambodia to enter a huge tournament and break his son out. Much to his dismay he discovers that his son actually enjoys his new life, which consists mainly of arm-wrestling for opium and hookers. Stallone inevitably has to face his own son in the tournament finale, winning by breaking his son's hand, and then carries him out of the country on foot while killing everyone in his way.

The only things I recall about this movie was that he won a truck at the end and Terry Funk was one of the thugs sent to beat him up.
