I'm talking specifically about arcade cabinets (those ancient wooden things with a screen and buttons). If you could own any one you wanted, which would it be?
My picks:
1. Vindicators. The two steering/acceleration sticks and built-in seat make this one game that has to be seen to be experienced.
2. Terminator 2. Light gun action at its finest.
3. F-Zero AX. It would finally allow me to get that extra content for GX on the GameCube.

I already own the one I wanted, SFIII: Third Srike.
You can unlock the F-Zero AX content on GX without the arcade.

The Simpsons beat em up one, or one of those Playchoice 10 cabinets modded to have all the nes games on it (if that is indeed possible).

Galaga
The Simpsons by Konami
Double Dragon (only because one of my neighbors has it in their garage so it seems feasible that I could actually get it)

1.)The original Star Wars sit down "simulator"- First Game I ever played in an arcade.
2.) Dragon's Lair or Space Ace - Yeah I know the "gameplay" ,if you could call it that, was limited but I remember being in love with the fact that these games were somewhat playable animated cartoons.
3.) Toss up between the original Galaga or the original Robotron 2084

This is a joke, as no normal human being can complete the story mode on Very Hard. Maybe a level or two if you're lucky, but definitely not the entire thing.
As for arcade cabinets I'd like to buy:
1. Fatal Fury 2
2. Final Fight
3. Guilty Gear XX# Reload

I've done it actually. Took me over five years of on and off grinding but finally fucking did it. The ironic part is, once you unlock everything, you never want to play again.

By far, the 1995 Star Wars Arcade. Not even a close second!
BUT IF THERE WAS! One of those full-car size Indy 500 machines from Sega. There used to be a Gameworks over in Detroit that had 8 of those, and that was a blast.
I also really like Outrun machines. Racing games catch my eye, along with Lethal Enforcers/Area 51 type games.

Yeah, I'd like the Stars Wars Trilogy one, and I'd love the Mortal Kombats. I played them so much growing up.

I would go with these
1. Sinistar - this game used to creep me out with the screaming and yelling of "RUN RUN RUN" and "BEWARE, I LIVE!!!"
2. 720° - my all time favorite skateboarding game
3. Hard Drivin' - loved the slo-mo crash replays, where your car would burst into flames and the dramatic music and hitting the cow was funny as hell back in the day
4. Area 88(UN Squadron)
...and I know this isn't really a cabinet, but the cocktail table Ms. Pac Man and Galaga combo would be reeaal sweet to own

A Neo-Geo and a copy of Twinkle Star Sprites, as original arcade hardware is the only thing I haven't played it on.

I believe you are thinking of Lucky & Wild. That game was great.
But Ba'al took the words out of my mouth. The 6-player X-men cabinet, hands down, I need it!
