Valve will release a successor to the four-player co-op Unreal Tournament 2004 mod of the same name this Monday. I'm not familiar with that, nor am I into the space marine genre in any way, but I'm hyped for this for two reasons:
It's made by Valve.
It's free.
Those are good enough reasons, right?

actually, not made by valve! finished by valve, but the team that did the UT2004 mod did most of the work.
it's also an ABSOLUTE BLAST to play
also this one looks more actiony, the other one was more survival horror

They were hired into Valve. The team is now a part of Valve. This game was made by Valve the same way Left 4 Dead was made by Valve, and no one really contests that anymore, therefore.
