Yeah, it's definitely impressive. I need to start working out more consistently.
But GP, 141 is kind of underweight for you, isn't it? Doesn't muscle weigh more than fat? Why did you lose so mich weight if your muscle tone increased over the last year?

I am 5'7.5"
I'll post a picture of how I look after I upload them. I want about 5-10lb of upper chest weight put back on, but I needed to cut my waist down significantly. I wouldn't mind taking an additional 3-4lb of weight per quad either... I want to be able to do back-flips.
