Way for me to be late to the party, but I was at a college music camp for six days...
I saw Toy Story 3 and honestly I think it was best suited for kids like me who were itty bitty when the first one came out and are Andy's age for the final movie. It was really a coming-of-age film in a way, and a tear-jerker to boot.
Not to get all mushy.

I certainly hope none of my toys were secretly alive, after seeing that.
A fitting end for an excellent movie trilogy, I thought.

No discussion about little creepy things that run around your room at night would be complete with mentioning "The Littles"

Toy Story 3 was good, though perhaps not as good as the hype would of led one to believe. The feeling from the first movie just wasn't there, or perhaps that's just what growing up does to you.
Brave Little Toaster? I had forgotten about that! Now I must own it, oh yes indeed.

I saw it yesterday and loved it. I didn't bust out tears but came close, the movie seemed to affect me the same way as a 24 year old as the first movie affected me as a 9 year old. Stunning, happy I saw it in 2-D and probally the best movie I saw all summer

This is exactly how i felt after seeing it.
I also wept like a child at the end and the part with the clown telling the story (won't say too much as it will ruin it).
Overall it was a fantastic film and one of the few films i have seen that has been really quite moving.
