If it's too hard for you, you can also make it too easy by choosing the new "pussy mode".

I really do appreciate all the replies. I have about $45 in my paypal account and am trying to determine what to buy there still. I'm defintely going to grab Mega man Zero collection soon and also I am getting Lunar Knights. A local guy on craigslist has the following games he is selling fairly cheap, anyone have any experience with them:
Knights in the Knightmare
Etrian Odysessey
Contact
Dungeon Explorer (what a generic name)
Black Sigil
Luminous Arc
In addition to those I am actually buying the following from him for $20.
Hotel Dusk
Scribblenauts
Lost in Blue
Disgaea (loved this on the ps)

Hotel Dusk is a lot of fun, and I've heard good things about Lost in Blue. You might also like: Flower, Sun, & Rain and Lux Pain.

Hotel Dusk is fantastic. It's probably the top game on that list.

Yea I actually added both of those games to my list of games that I need to check out. At work I am not able to see some sites so it's hard to get a true review or feeling for what a game is about.

Great to see you took my recommendation for Hotel Dusk; you won't be sorry. I've heard Disgaea is good too so you're getting a good deal on those games.

Yea, I checked out some stuff on Hotel Dusk and it looks pretty good. I am a huge Disgaea fan anyway so that's a major plus. I have the 2 on the PS2 and 1 on the PS3. Can't wait to grab the new games, getting bored with Soul Silver, I will never have all the pokemon and being a perfectionist and trying to complete this game is getting very tedious.

Anyone try trace memory?
Also, wasn't there a deathmatch styled metroid game on the ds?
If you get portrait of ruin, I'll play multiplayer with you when I repair my ds.

Trace Memory was the second DS game I ever bought. It's okay. It's kind of a DS tech demo, as no one was really sure what to do with the DS at that point. Hotel Dusk, by the same team, is significantly better.

Cing is still around, and they're working on a Little King's Story sequel.

Metroid Prime Hunters. An abomination within the Metroid series. What a terrible game.*
*Terrible when compared to other Nintendo products. The games Ninty produces are still five times better than most other games.

Other than whats already been mentioned, I recommend:
Pokémon Diamond and/or Pearl
Contra 4
Sonic Chronicles
Wario: Master of Disguise
Bleach: The Blade of Fate
Bleach: Dark Souls
I also throw an additional recommendation for The World Ends with You. One of my favorite games.

But they filed bankruptcy. It was my understanding that once that's done, they're off to different people. I'm just sad that it'll take a miracle for the Hotel Dusk sequel to make it here.

Filing for bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean game over. In fact, filing for bankruptcy is generally a step companies take to avoid game over. It allows them to reorganize and hold creditors at bay. The CEO said they're still around, but it's a tighter operation.
As for their games getting over here, that's not their call. They are a developer, not a publisher. Their games have been published by other companies, primarily Nintendo and Xseed. Speaking of which, I'm very disappointed that Nintendo never brought Another Code R (which would have been localized as Trace Memory 2) stateside. It would take almost no effort. The game was released in Europe, so the bulk of the translation work is already done.

If Nintendo is so stubborn as to not release Another Code:R here by now even with a completed English translation, I would be surprised to hear that they changed their plans for the Hotel Dusk sequel.

Seriously. They did the same thing with Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. Luckily the DS is region-free, and bafflingly the game is fantastic. I'm going to toss it on the recommendation pile, you can get it fairly cheaply from eBay these days.

I think that happened because everyone in the US hates Tingle.

Oh, absolutely. I remember when Official Nintendo Magazine UK surveyed its readership, asking if they wanted the Tingle game localized. Nintendo Power did the same thing. Europe said yes, America said no.
Sad, as the game is ace.
