| I'm anti-gun control in most cases, and it's called fucking restraint. I carry a Browning Hi-Power Mark III and if I know I'm going to drink, I leave it the fuck at home. Beer balls make people do stupid shit, but that's no excuse. Responsible gun ownership is just that, and if the cop was off duty and smashed, they should pile drunk and disorderly conduct on top of the pile of other shit that I hope he's imprisoned for. What a fucking waste and a tragedy. |
I second these opinions. The government shouldn't have to control how or that we use our guns, we just need some fucking restraint and rationality in society and things would be somewhat better. Trying to regulate what we possess and use is just a waste of time and only makes things harder for both sides, though I'm not for legalizing cocaine, meth, or any drug besides pot, so I'm a bit hypocritical on this subject.
Everything in this world is a double-edged sword. Oxygen is vital for life, but in its purest form it's corrosive. Water is also a necessity, but you can die if you drink too much water, and you can drown in it. Fire can be a source of light and warmth or a destructive force. Guns are no different; they can either save lives or take lives depending on how they're used.
