Lords of Shadow is going to be mega fail. Console Castlevanias haven't been good since Symphony of the Night, and this is a complete mythology reboot, and it's being helmed by that asshat who did the MGS games. So not only is it going to ruin the mythos, it's going to be pretentious and filled with stupid cutscenes.

Castlevania (Blah)

Splatterhouse (It'll probably be gore over gameplay, just like the original)

New Splatterhouse actually looks cool. It's a remake/reimagining of the original. Looks like a Madworld and/or God of War ripoff. And I'm fine with that.

The original games were pretty dumb though.

I think Curse of Darkness is an underrated console Castlevania, but I do agree that this game looks like it's going to screw up the mythos.

I'm really looking forward to seeing new stuff on Portal 2, Splatterhouse, Dead Rising 2, and MvC 3.

The PS2 Castlevania games were decent, I could tell they really tried to make the 3D work.

Honestly, I am stoked as fuck for Nintendo's show.

I can't wait to see what the 3DS looks like and what it is truly capable of.

I am also ravenous for anything related to the new Zelda, I need a trailer damnit. I am curious as to what the "bold new direction" for the series may be.

Obviously though, I can't wait to see MvC3 in action.

Also, Syd, I think you are being overly harsh on the new Castlevania and Kojima in general. I understand that you hate the MGS games and are extremely biased as a result, but I feel that this game has potential. I never felt this way for any of the other 3D Castlevania games, the trailer really looks sick as hell.

Mafia II
Always loved Mafia related stories so those mixed with GTA style gameplay looks really cool.
Dead Rising 2
Loved the first game and this one looks to be even better.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3
Loved the first two.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadows
Fan of the game series this looks to be one of the better 3d titles.
Clash of the Titans
Loved and saw both versions of the movie.
Splatterhouse
Interested in this series and excited to see the direction their going to take it in.
Legend of Zelda Wii
Can't wat to see what they have going for this one. I heard rumors that it's going to be steampunk, so that's cool too.
Sonic Colors
Been a Sonic fan my whole life so this will obviously interest me.
The Last Guardian
Never played any other Team ICO game but this looks like it could be fun.
Red Faction 4
Played and loved the first, haven't played the second or third, hope this is another FPS like the first two.
Batman: Arkham Asylum 2
Love Batman. Loved Arkham Asylum. Will most likely love this.
and especially Portal 2.
A giant fan of Valve's games. They've said it's going to be one of their best games yet. I know I will love this.

Any other game on there, I could care less about.

i'm honestly really looking forward to news of this new ninety-nine nights game. i loved the first one but havent heard anything about the sequel.

All I know is that if Zelda goes full steampunk and Castlevania has cut-scenes over 1 minute long I will jump off a building.

a steampunk zelda would be interesting to me.

I'm not worried about castlevania having cutscenes, as long as the story makes more sense than a metal gear game. The gameplay looks pretty solid too.

Granted it could have been better but it didn't suck

And I'm pretty excited for lords of shadow

EDIT: I just saw the trailer and it looks a lot like Devil May Cry so I'm a bit iffy now

Question about Arkham Asylum 2. Is that a working title because it's a sequel to AA, or is it actually the exact same premise again?

curse of darkness was okay, but I liked lament of innocence more for some reason.

This new game looks like it will play similarly, but with that "clunk" removed. If you've played curse or lament, you know what I'm talking about.
