I'm sorry; I did not like "Big Fish" at all. That list is also completely discredited due to the lack of "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure."

I agree with Milhouse, I HATED Big Fish, which was the only movie of Burton's that I did not like at all.
My top 5:
5. Beetle Juice
4. Sleepy Hollow
3. Batman
2.Edward Scissorhands
1.Frankenweenie

Forgot about Ed Wood actually, I guess you can replace that with Sleepy Hollow on my list.

Have to say it, Burton is overrated. I liked Batman as a kid despite its flaws, though. And Batman Returns was god-awful. It wasn't a surprise when Burton said, 'Anybody who knows me knows I would never read a comic book.' Yeah, we could tell with those two films, Timmy.
Begrudgingly, my top five would be:
5) Sleepy Hollow
4) Edward Scissorhands
3) PW's Big Adventure (still cracks me up)
2) Batman (nostalgic choice)
1) The Helena Bonham Carter Private Dance Video (I think she's hot as hell and hope this exists)

I never knew Pee-Wee's Big Adventure was a Burton movie.
Large Marge was the single scariest movie moment in the history of my life. I remember literally screaming when she made her "oh face."

I'm going to sorta veer off here.
If me now had told me in 2000, that in the next ten years I would like a total of one movie Tim Burton made, I would've told myself "get out of here future me, that's impossible! Tim Burton only makes FANTASTIC movies!"
Sadly, that's true. The only movie I enjoyed from the past decade of Burton was Big Fish, which still isn't as good as any of his pre-2000 material.
That said, I enjoyed Alice in Wonderland. Let's hope that his work picks back up.
But any Burton list without Nightmare is sort of a silly list, in my opinion. Also, I liked his short Vincent better than a lot of his full-length films.

I can't believe Alice in Wonderland is already going to be out on DVD in a couple of weeks. What a joke.
Remember the days when you had to wait a YEAR to get some movies as a home release?

That's part of the reason I used to see movies in the theater because it was either that or wait for-fucking-ever for it to be available to rent.

Yeah Big Fish was not good. And any list that doesn't have Ed Wood on it is null and void as that's clearly Burton's best movie after Beetlejuice.

Beetlejuice - Maybe because it's the first one I ever saw, and nostalgia is factoring itself in here, but I still laugh like a goon whenever I watch it.
