A few games on my radar for 2010...
Red Dead Redemption - looks pretty promising and is out next week
Dead Rising 2 - if it's anything like the first game with multiplayer co-op, I'm already sold
Fallout: New Vegas - no brainer
Vanquish - the next Platinum games title from Shinji Mikami of Resident Evil and God Hand fame

I am personally eager to play Alan Wake. It looks fun in the previews. It reminds me of Resident Evil before it turned into a clone of every other FPS out there.

Uhh....Nope.
Pretty much just BlazBlue Continuum Shift, Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, Sin & Punishment 2, Fallout New Vegas, and Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Pokemon Black/White probably won't reach America until late next year,
Prince of Persia Forgotten Sands isn't a sequel/prequel to the excellent 2008 game.
I doubt Dead Rising 2 will fix the flaws of the original enough to be good. Plus the main character isn't Frank West. (He's covered wars, ya know.)
Halo Reach is just Halo 3 with extra features and new characters replacing Master Chief. They tried this with ODST and it didn't go over too well.
The latest King of Fighters I've played is '98, so XIII could be good.
The rest I haven't heard anything about or played the original game.
Metroid Other M...I'm divided on. On one hand, it seems to focus on story which Fusion did so well. On the other hand, I don't like the look of the Ninja Gaiden-esque segments and it's not 2D Metroid.

Dead Rising had flaws? That game was a blast. What didn't you like about it?
Reach plays pretty differently then Halo 3. I don't think single player will be that great though, like ODST (or at least, I won't like it).

I still didn't play it. I played Sands of Time awhile back, it was alright, I didn't get too far though. Warrior Within was retarded. It came with my old graphics card. Two Princes (lol) or whatever the crap I never messed with.

Here's a bunch of info and screens regarding Fallout: New Vegas. It looks closer to an expansion (albeit a huge expansion) than a whole new game, but more Fallout 3 wouldn't be a bad thing.
