I just finished it up. Personally I think it was fantastically done and I had a great time with the puzzles.

Falling down an endless corridor of portals is fun. Left it running for like an hour and I was still falling down.
Currently trying to figure out the advanced stages, throwing portals everywhere because nothing fucking works dammit

I think if you do the falling through a portal thing far enough, it is an achievement.
Do you have to download the game immediately for it to be considered bought?
If you can't install it, maybe you could still try adding it to your account and download it only when you have a computer strong enough to run the game.
