From the makers of machine girl, a movie even more ridiculous. I loved machine girl, but I'm not as sure about this one, even as a comedy this my be too silly.
Anyone who says I have a thing for Robogeishas will get a Reppuken.

I. MUST. GET. THIS!
Fried Shrimp!!!
My only complaint with the trailer is the announcer, it's like he couldn't decide if his English should be mumbly, hoarse, or as if he were eating something at the same time and did all three.

Tengu Milk and the Handicap Gun are my personal favorites.
EDIT: Maybe I'm imagining things but the music sounds like a generic version of "Live and let die".

A movie so hardcore the buildings themselves gush torrents of blood!
I've owned Machine Girl for over a year and I don't think I ever took it out of its shrink wrap. I feel bad.

I disagree, haha, the sound of the announcer adds to the campiness, which for a movie like this is a good thing.

You very well should. The movie is a grindhouse ultraviolence comedy like nothing else ever.

Gumshoe I think you have a thing for Robogeishas. This move looks like it's gonna be bad, was that a Katana to a Vagina?

If you're in New York, there'll be a showing at Japan Society on May 18th at 7:30 p.m. I'd completely forgotten about it but it seems Funimation has the rights to it over here.

I'm quite the fan of Machine Girl and Tokyo Gore Police... I am definitely gonna check this one out.
