Much like Rube Baker in Major League 2, this guy is apparently a pretty decent player otherwise. But he has trouble throwing the ball back to the pitcher.
I really shouldn't laugh because I was a catcher in little league, and I had the same problem. Although my wild throws weren't limited to the pitcher. Let's just say that no one ever stole center field on me.
