I'm actually looking forward to this movie.

The sad thing is, like or hate, this will probably be better than every single other videogame based movie (Press Start doesn't count, being that it is a parody, and a damn good one at that) ever made.

I'll have to check this one out. My biggest concern is that it just needs to pick up the damn pace. All the dialogue bits I've seen are just excruciatingly slow.

That, and it suffers from Low Budget Indie Filmmakers Don't Know How To Cut a Trailer Syndrome.

But the guy's clearly got visual talent.

The inclusion of the word bone has vastly limited any following you will recieve. Hell I would have accepted boinked, porked, or even the overly used bang.

Christopher Lloyd, Tim Curry.... excellent choices for Wily. In a perfect world I'd want Christopher Lloyd reliving the immortal Dr. Emmett Brown Very Happy

Stuff like this is always interesting. Mega Man ISN'T the focus of who we want to be in it. Kinda like Batman, while a huge role, is secondary to the supporting characters, like The Joker.

I'd imagine them having to do each Mega Man in sequence since it'd just make more sense, and they could come up with even more illogical ways Wily escapes. No love for Cut Man casting?

It's not out yet. Reading through the comments on that site, it looks like it'll be released some time between later this month and March '09.

I saw the trailer and I'm planning to see the full movie on my next day off when I have some spare time.

The only two things I dislike so far are Wily's hair and Megaman's suit. The acting seems pretty solid and the Robot Masters look pretty good. Maybe not Cut Man so much, but I still think this is going to be good.

I'd have made this post sooner, but...the lag...regardless, I loved every frame. My one complaint: They left out the Bubble Machines.

Back when I was at UDel, I used to poke fun at my Master's adviser because I always swore he looked like Dr. Wily and should play him if there was ever a movie made. He didn't know who Dr. Wily was, so I made him a poster questioning whether my adviser was an innocent social psychology theorist or an evil robot-building genius.

I thuroughly enjoyed the movie for what it was. My only complaint was that it breezed through the Robot Master fights.
