What modern gaming consoles do you guys own at this point? Even if you don't play them anymore, if it is in your home and you have regular access to it, count it.

I currently have a Wii and a Windows 7 PC hooked up to my TV. I haven't turned either one on in a long time. I tend to use my primary PC for video games (in another room).

wii, 360, ps3. and i bought all 3 of them.

the one i play the least is the 360 only because its in the family room and thats where most of the family spends their time.

i play my wii most since i had it the longest and i have the most games for it.

i bought my ps3 about a month ago for god of war 3. and have since then bought god of war collection, SSFIV, brutal legend, and batman.

most of the games i buy off amazon when they have specials going on. or off the clearance rack @ department stores. and gamestop occasionally.

Xbox 360. Have no desire to own a Wii. PS3 looks nice, but my 360 is enough.

I own a Wii and a 360. The Wii I received for Xmas four years ago and the 360 I got last Xmas because there were games I liked that weren't coming out on the Wii.

One of my siblings owns a PS3.

360 and Wii. 360 I play with just about everyday (a lot of L4D2 and SSF4 right now), but the Wii has just been collecting dust for a very long time. The only game I really wanted to get in the last year has been TvC, but I heard the online was pretty bad so I passed. At some point later this year when I'm not so busy, I plan to get a PS3 so I can play stuff like Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, GoW3, 3D Dot Heroes, etc.

Only a Wii, I'm not into Modern Warfare or any of that stuff, so it's very hard to talk me into playing PS3 or 360. There were only 2 games I considered getting for Wii and both of which I played and did not enjoy at all. The Uncharted games looked pretty fun, but I never sat down and tried them out.

I bought my wii in march after it came out, and I bought my ps3 last week since my parents bought a new HD tv and we needed a blue ray player (well, I needed one)

Same. I just got my XBox 360 because someone was selling it for $25 on CL because of a broken dvd drive. 20 bucks and 1/2 hour later, I now own a dust collecting thingy called an XBox 360. I play the PS3 the most because the commercials are the coolest.

Got a Wii at midnight on launch day in 06', and got my PS3 as soon a they cut the price last September. I have all my bases covered and am quite satisfied.

The only franchise I am sad that I can't play is Mass Effect. Crying

A 360 and a Wii which I sold to my parents, so I guess it doesn't really count. If more modern games that I liked were released on PC, Mac in particular then I'd give serious though to dropping consoles altogether.

Things are looking good for OS X as a growing gaming platform. Valve is working on STEAM for the OS and Blizzard has never given up hope for Apple users. It is a very long way from being anywhere near what the PC is, but it is now a big enough market that some developers are considering it a platform worth investment.

A Wii and a 360. The Wii I bought new as soon as I was available to find one, the 360 I bought used on eBay when they discontinued that particular model and people were selling them off for the new one. Play both about the same amount, but I mainly play fighting games on the 360 and everything else on the Wii. I also have a PS2 which I recently bought used. I have been playing a lot of fighting games on that as well, mostly Arcana Heart and various Tekkens.

Statistically speaking, I would say that is fairly accurate in regards to the actual market penetration.

People with PS3s add me, the only people from this forum I am friends with on the PSN is Douche and Slayer.

I am "AndrewMan86". I play a bunch of fighting games but will definitely be getting Red Dead Redemption when that comes out.

I bought my 360 about two years ago and my PS3 about a year ago. I received my Wii as a birthday gift about three years ago if not longer.

I use my PS3 for web browsing mostly, but I have a few games. Ordered it off ebay. $300 for an 80 gb, PS2 backwards compatible model. As this is my first Sony console I needed the backwards compatible model to play the old PS2 games I missed out on.

I use my 360 for most of my gaming. Not much else.

I use my Wii for...uh...nothing at the moment. I just dislike the gimmick. The last disc-based game I bought for it was Wario Land: Shake It. There are a few games I would like to own for it, though, like No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles, Tatsunoku vs Capcom, and MadWorld. I think that's it. I do like the Virtual Console, but the Wii's small memory inhibits what I can get.

I don't have a 7th gen system currently. I can't tell if I'm too old to get into it, or if there isn't anything offered that would really blow me away. I bought my PS2 to play GTA III. I built a pc to play Oblivion. I really haven't seen anything out for the new PS and XBOX compelling enough to buy either system.

I also like the idea of being able to upgrade a PC whereas a console, your only option is to buy the next generation if you want to keep up to date.
