That's what happened after it finished installing.
I also now have no ATI control center, since I uninstalled it.

URGENT!!:
I downloaded what Knyte posted after GPfontaine's method didn't work. When my computer reboot, I have INCREDIBLY hardware lag, windows has reset to it's basica hardware settings and i have absolutely NO graphics capability. I don't have graphics drivers in short, anymore.

Reinstalled the drivers (i had to reboot once for each time, christ)
everything's normal now, but i'm back to square one and the same programs wont open.
