The word creepy is misplaced I think. Ivan Drago was not creepy he was bad ass and killed people with padding on his fist.

Yeah, Drago wasn't really creepy. If anything, Brigitte Nielsen was.
I think it's jumping the gun to say the Russian in Iron Man 2 is creepy, seeing as the movie hasn't come out yet. For all we know, they could end up getting ice cream together or something.

That's a good list but we can't judge Whiplash just yet. In the second trailer it looks like the main villain is not even Whiplash but Justin Hammer(Sam Rockwell is AWESOME!). And it wouldn't surprise me if if in the end Whiplash helps Tony Stark.
