Those on the NES are pretty cool (The ones on the other consoles probably are, too)
On the easy one ("normal" Lode Runner), I could pass all levels, if I was in the mood to play it for quite a while.
On Lode Runner Championship, I managed to beat level 1 to 4. This is still good as this game is MUCH harder than the last one.

I played a version of that years later for the computer with evil monks running around. I haven't thought about it in half a decade. Thanks for the reminder!
