Co-op play was announced a few minutes ago. Four-player co-op is hard enough.

I could imagine some truly crazy puzzles and such with cooperative play.

I just think of the insane stunts you could do, like the infinite fall with four portals in the form of a box.

There will also be "reflection cubes" that'll be used for laser-redirection puzzles. Game Informer's cover story also confirms that Portal 2 will indeed be a full-fledged game, with Valve comparatively calling Portal 1 a "test bed."

And while we also already knew Portal 2 is scheduled for release this fall for the Xbox 360 and PC, the story also says the game will be released on Mac.

More, at the Game Developers Awards last night, when Gabe (Head Honcho of Valve) was at the podium, the large presentation screen behind him had crashed... or had it?

Pretty funny, but there was another code embedded in that. If you change the "E2" style codes in the message into ASCII characters you get: (E2)(E4)(E2)(D7)(C5)(D5)(C4)(E4)(D5)E3)(C9)(D3)(C5)(C5)(C5), which translates to "SUSPEND UNTIL EEE" or "Suspend until E3".

Which leads us to believe that the next wave of info will be at E3.

Damn, Valve is awesome. They need to write the Bible on viral marketing.

Valve is quickly growing in my heart... Konami, your next Metal Gear incarnation better be the best or Snatcher has to have a massive update and american re-release or else you'll lose your number one spot...
