Hack, as Satsui stated, it could be a valid argument. She could definitely sue if the baby in the ad was supposed to be her, and someone like Oprah or Madonna might have some claim to their name like that. Lohan doesn't, obviously, but it could be a valid argument, is the point.

I'm not sure you could call "milk-o-holic" a defamatory statement. And even if you did say it was the same as an "alcoholic"...well, isn't she? Truth is an absolute defense.

Tangent, but slightly relevant.
A while back (probably way back before most of you kiddies were born), a portable toilet company came up with a clever idea. They put a cartoonish caricature of Tonight Show host Johnny Carson on the side of the porta-john, and changed the name of the company to "Here's Johnny!"
Needless to say, Carson sicced the lawyerbeasts on them. And he won.
