I think it's fucking hilarious that Kathryn Bigelow is James Cameron's ex-wife.

Same. They panned to Cameron briefly when Bigelow won best director, he was shaking his head a bit, he seemed pretty pissed about the whole night lol. At least he got his Golden Globe.

I think he was stoned. Or maybe having an acid flashback or something. Either way, He's the man.

Once again Quentin gets snubbed. I mean, I didn't expect IB to win Best Picture or even Best Director, but it should have snagged best Screenplay easily. The Jew Hunter was one of the best written characters of all time.

I agree, he was an amazing character and his dialogue is always very creative. It should have at least won for the screenplay. I would have liked it to have won best picture but it was pretty obvious it was going to be The Hurt Locker. It had been obvious for months at that point.

I'm glad he didn't win. You had your fun back in 1998. Also if Avatar had won would he quote that movie when he won as well?

I think he was happy about her winning, at least right after Streisand said "Well, the time has come!"

Good, Jeff Bridges won. Now he's making an ass of himself.

Oh fuck off, it was a nice speech. Jeff Bridges has always been a laid back type of person and his speech was representative of that. He didn't get on a soapbox like other actors.

Yeah, Jeff Bridges is awesome.

For the record, I wanted Jeff Bridges to win. His acceptance speech just could've been a tad more respectable while still maintaining his laid back persona.
