I believe it has been proven that despite the common joke, incest doesn't lead to retard babies or flipper babies simply by virtue of inbreeding. However, inbreeding does strongly amplify the chances of recessive traits being allowed to manifest themselves. There are plenty of harmless recessive traits (blond hair, for example) but there are also dangerous ones (hemophilia). In fact, hemophilia was famously a serious problem in the British Royal Line for a century as a result of inbreeding.

As for Mother/Son incest not being rape, it most certainly can be. Sexual abuse of underage boys by women is one of the most under-reported forms of sexual abuse.

As for incest being considered okay by some cultures, so was pedophilia. That doesn't make it right. Also, these cultures where incest was acceptable weren't exactly setting the world on fire with scientific and technological advancements. The computer wasn't invented by a civilization where 60% of fathers were banging their daughters in the ass.

I think the line for sexual discrimination stops at gender preference. It doesn't matter whether you like men, women, or both. No person should have to hide their gender preferences or should be discriminated against because of it. But the line stops there. You have weird fetishes? Keep it under lock and key. Because other people absolutely have the right to judge you, mock you, and discriminate against you based on your fetishes if you're dumb enough to make them public knowledge.
