It is a good thing you joined this site then. Read all you can. there are far too many young people who do not have an appreciation or even KNOWLEDGE of pop culture. My girlfriend is 20. She saw a picture of a spaceship on some site. she asked me why it was significant. after rolling my eyes til they exploded, i managed to sigh "Starship Enterprise..."

I know a fair bit about pop culture in the late 80's as my parents always seemed to be 5 years behind everyone else. I grew up on the first season of Wonder Years.
I have read almost every article, and the stuff I didn't know really fascinated me. I love reading about stuff like that.

No, I think I'm one of the oldest members on the forum, if not the oldest. I'll be 30 in a few days having been born in the glorious year of 1980. I was lucky enough to be wholly sentient and tapped into the pop culture explosion during the most radical 5 years in human history, 1987-1992.

Yeah, I do too. I got a big chunk of the late 90's. Not even the early nineties, but the late nineties to early double O's, which is by far the biggest letdown of time period ever recorded. Y2K, boy bands, zero good action movies, and slow ass AoL internet.
