Take it apart and clean the dust out of it. Sometimes that works, it worked for mine.

I just repaired my own motor. A little sodder and some re winding of some wires can work wonders. I also installed some mod chips and a new motherboard... and some ram and a hard drive. Come to think of it my Ps2 isn't a Ps2 anymore.
