I am having a hell of a time remembering the name of this NES game (which means I can't play it on my DS modcard)

There was a main character who was blonde and walked slowly and punched for attack. The second level was jumping across building tops. The main character might have been wearing a jean vest (maybe), Also it was two player. I think that I also played a sequel. I don't know though I was like 5.

Double Dragon II more fits the description he gave, though that doesn't sound right either.

Just a random self video plug.

The only blonde fighting game main character that leaps to mind is Bad Street Brawler, but I honestly don't think you want to be playing THAT one again.

OH! It was double dragon. Thanks I guess I was playing as the second player maybe that's why I was blond (or some other color besides brown)

Double Dragon does not have a roof jumping stage.

Double Dragon II does. And it's the second level.

At least I think those are roofs.
