Hmm, I swore there used to be a thread for this movie, but I couldn't find anything. Anyways, I went ahead and started one.
They just released the second trailer (first one was dropped last October), and I am very pleased with how this is looking so far. The story already seems compelling enough to hold water, can't wait to see this hit theatres over the Summer. I have to admit, I don't care very much for these CG movies as the market seems so awash with them and they all look so generic, however Toy Story is different. It's the orignal and the only real CG movie I have ever really cared for.
I might go see it, but I really didn't care for the 2nd movie.
The original was probably the last "real" movie of my childhood though.

I wanted to go see the first two when they were released Grindhouse style last year, all double feature, but IMAX is the most expensive shit.
After Wall-E and Up I think Pixar might remember how to make movies, so I am crossing my fingers.

Are WALL-E or Up even worth a damn? I mean I heard great things about Up and WALL-E just looks like a ROB/Johnny 5 ripoff.

All due respect it's pretty dumb not to see a movie because a character looks like another character.

wall-e is bad ass. i agree, his design seems to 'borrow' from other robots, but the story was great.

As for Up, it's a really good movie as well! It's not just about an old guy and a flying house. There's more to it that (thankfully) the trailer didn't spoil.

Well that's good, the trailer looked so damn unappealing.
