So, I know a lot of you guys are in the Northeast, and are used to snow, but this is ridiculous. I live outside Philly, and we are having the snowiest winter on record. We had several storms or 5-10 inches throughout December and January. On Saturday, we got about 18 inches. As I type, 20 more inches of heavy, wet snow is blizzarding its way to the ground. So, anybody else have worse snow?

Psh all you people complaining about around a foot of snow.
Utah is usually snowy from december to march or april and we get well above a foot of snow.

Although spring came really early this year :/

Ah ok, I lived in warmer temperatures in the south many years ago, and I'll take the cold weather here over the summers down there any time. I don't know how warm Hawaii gets in the summer, but if it's past the mid 90's...count me out.

Yes, it usually gets pretty hot during the summer but we get a nice breeze so it balances out.

I live in Northern England, and I have to say, I'm fucking sick of being cold. It's been snowing here pretty much every day since Dec 20th, and hasn't gotten above 3 degrees Celsius in almost 2 months. It's starting to drive me insane, especially considering I'm originally from California and not used to being cold.

Why'd you move from California all the way to England?

Hacker, is this bait, or what? I know you've heard me bitch about the weather. It snows by November here, almost always, and there's always at least a foot and a half of it, and at times up to a metre or so. And Spring probably isn't coming for a month or two, at least.

Climate change happens every year. In fact, in a few months, I suspect it will be summer Smile

On a slightly less joking note, The Great White part of The Great White North just missed this year, but not by much and it's still very white, in the north, where we expect it to be at this time of year.

1 - Climate change is constantly happening. Nobody denies it does. The debate is whether or not we're having an effect on it and if we can mitigate that effect.

2 - A few big snowstorms in one year has nothing at all to do with this.

There's a garbage pile twice the size of Texas in the middle of the Pacific, and people still wonder if humans have an effect on the environment?
