Found a tier list off of a thread on 4chan's /m/.

SS Tier - Tekkaman Blade, Yatterman-2, Joe the Condor, Ryu
S Tier - Karas, Ken the Eagle, Chun-Li
AA Tier - Yatterman-1, Ippatsuman, Tekkaman, Batsu
A Tier - Jun the Swan, Polymar, Zero
BB Tier - Casshern, Doronjo, Gold Lightan, Saki
B Tier - Frank West, Soki, PTX-40A, Roll
C Tier - Alex, Morrigan
D Tier - Viewtiful Joe, Megaman Volnutt

Kinda disappointed that VJ, Megaman, Alex and Frank West are at or near the bottom. It's also kinda trippy to see Roll in anywhere but shit tier.

It also seems that even though Karas and Ippatsuman ware nerfed hard, they're still reportedly good.

Tiers are so fucking dumb.

Tiers should start at 1 or A and work their way downward. But no, because they're designed by fucking retards, they almost start with S then go from there. Why even PRETEND to have a logical progression in the names? Why not just go:

Omega Tier - Tekkaman Blade, Yatterman-2, Joe the Condor, Ryu
DBZ Tier - Karas, Ken the Eagle, Chun-Li
A Tier - Yatterman-1, Ippatsuman, Tekkaman, Batsu

the teirs are bullshit, although I was reading on gameFAQs that frank west is on "OH MY GOD!" teir. made me giggle. he's covered wars, ya know.

Yes, to this, Roll is my main as well.

Also, in regards to the tier list, Tekkaman Blade is in fact the most broken character I have seen in the game, at least IMO.

Finally got it, but unfortunately I can't get online with my Wii for the time being. I went ahead and swapped L and P on my GC controller. It feels proper that way, though it's still weird getting to no differentiation between punches and kicks. Tekkaman Blade is pretty cheap, but then again so is Yami.

P.S. I hate the American character select screen.

I don't like the new select screen either. the Roulette, doubled with he timer, makes it impossible to browse characters.

I haven't played blade yet, but I heard that his big weakness is his weird mobility, kinda like morrigan. I also heard he hits like a bitch and takes damage like a whore.

Anyone else notice that the end credits minigame is fairly annoying with the Doronjo team but retardedly easy with Roll? And the game it unlocks is amazing for Zenny-farming.

Agreed, I have never gotten to play it as Roll just Doronjo. I also failed it many times with Doronjo, she just doesn't jump sometimes when you tell her to.

But yea, the Ultimate All-Shooters game is pretty good, I can only get like 4 levels in or so.

Yatterman-2 is Yatterman-1's girlfriend.

I finally got to play tekkeman blade, and he's a lot of fun. I don't really see him being broken, so much as masher friendly. I can see how newbs would have trouble with his mobility, but once you get the hang of using his special moves to move around the screen, he ain't that bad. He has a lot of moves that do a ton of hits and seem to hit from anywhere, but anyone who takes the time to study him instead of rushing headlong into battle will notice that he has A TON of startup and cooldown on almost everything he does, even his forward and back dash.

I don't think that triple voltekka combo is broken, considering any character in the game can do similar things. frank west/ryu's zombie shopping kart-real mega buster-shinku hadouken-real megabuster-shinku hadouken-real mega buster combo comes to mind, and requires a lot less of a setup, with it's only requirement being that the first zombie shopping cart hits from anywhere.

a lot of people seem to forget that the mega crash is part of the gameplay system. doronjo could have gotten out of that yatterman combo at any time by using it. It was specifically included to let people get out of combos like that.

Tiers change alot in the first some months, it took the Brawl community at least a year to realize that Wario is a bastard with just one incredibly minor weakness that's only exploitable by the two guys in god-tier.

Just unlocked joe the condor. he's a lot of fun. Ryu has the craziest ending imaginable.
