While we're on the subject of cereal, how fucking sad is it to be a kid nowadays. Almost all cereals don't contain prizes anymore, and if they do...it's usually a mail away. I used to get so much kickass stuff when I was younger.

That was the best part of the cereal sometimes. There were a few cereals I hated, but still willingly suffered through eating them just to get the plastic trinket inside. I still have a lot of them here, and there are even more I am actively hunting down.

Yeah, I wish I could definitively remember some of the toys I got, because several were really really cool. Cap'n Crunch was amazing when it came to toys, but they were also among the first to stop putting toys in their cereal, and it seemed like a very long time they only offered watches that you had to pay money for...fuck that noise!

Ah, I remember having my parents buy me a certain cereal just because I wanted the prize inside. I would come home and disregard the actual cereal and try to get my toy.

*sigh*...I'm still lamenting over the fact that Pop Tart Cereal no longer exists, even though I haven't eaten it since I was a little kid.
