It's about a nerd who gets stranded on a tropical island. At the beginning of the game, he slouches and is not very coordinated. As the game progresses, his posture and agility improve. I think you had to fight crabs and sea turtles, and stuff like that. I played it about 12-13 years ago.
I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. I do remember it was pretty hard for me to play back then, and I didn't get very far. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

I wouldn't say it was one of my favorites but it is a unique game though. You should definitely play it at least once.
