did you make it to the vinceborg/michael jordan battle yet? I think that was the moment when I realized that this was my favorite game in the universe.

Dude, I just left Liberty Island and Hoopz rejoined. This game is definitely something different, in a great way.
I haven't even finished this game yet and I hope they continue it. Also, playing this really makes me want to check out how to make some basic game/RPG like that.
The victory theme plus Balthios and Hoopz' win poses are a laugh.

i have a cousin who recorded all the character themes for the nes port of Maniac mansion on tape recorder. i wish i could get those. but i am addicted to a band called "minibosses". they do like ambient rock covers of video game music. i love their theme to the kraid level of the new metroid. so no i do not think it is gay.

Minibosses are great. I wish their stuff was a little more accessible though. I found this band similar to them on itunes called "Year 200x" and they are really good. They do a great cover of the Moon level from DuckTales.

The Minibosses and The Advantage are the two main VG bands I listen to. The appreciate the Minibosses straight forward punk-esque approach, while The Advantage is a little bit tastier. Also, the Advantage has (at least in the albums I've listened to) Zach Hill from Hella, who is an excellent drummer.

there's a band called armcannon that totally rocks. I actually own a hard copy of their legvaccum album. they did the sickest cover of boomer kwanger's theme that I've ever heard.
I beat Barkley Gaiden on Monday. It's definitely an enjoyable game; the writing is pretty good, and the characters refuse to admit how ridiculous the plot actually is.
Thanks for the goodness, FNJ.

I got the Silent Hill: Shattered Memories soundtrack from Gamestop today, I didn't even preorder it, I just asked for it. Most the ones I own are from preorder bonuses, otherwise I rip them from people who have them.
Shake it, Quake it, Space Kaboom.

hahah. I got that soundtrack too. I kinda just took it. I got a bunch of 48 hour XBL trials and free issues of game informer and the darksiders comic book that way too.
I love working at gamestop.

It's not the best SH soundtrack but it's good, I like the Elvis cover.

I still think the room had the best soundtrack of all the silent hill games.

I never had a Playstation, so I unfortunately have missed out on the Silent Hill games - and their music. I'll definitely have to play through them some day.
As far as music, here's a horribad quality YouTube video of one of my favorite game songs from TimeSplitters 2. This song isn't even used anywhere in the game unless you choose it for your own multiplayer/mapmaker purposes, which is a shame.
Industrial Tileset/Spy-Fi Tileset
If you liked the song and want to hear it with better quality, or check out the rest of the TimeSplitters series soundtrack, go here.
Also, if anyone could show me how to embed YouTube videos into forum posts, I'd appreciate it! Update: Thanks, username!

I've got a handful of soundtracks. So, I really don't think so.
